What are the payment and pricing terms?
Our pricing is transparent and tiered. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your preferred dates. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. All prices are in USD and include all inclusions as detailed in the package itinerary. We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate various budgets.

Yes, we provide comprehensive visa guidance and documentation support. Our team handles the entire process, from verifying entry requirements to securing necessary visas, ensuring your travel documents are in order before you depart. We also assist with work permits for corporate travel.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation policy is tiered to reflect the complexity of luxury travel. Cancellations made more than 120 days before departure receive a full refund. Between 60 and 120 days, a 50% refund is applied. For cancellations within 60 days, a 25% refund is issued. All refund processing timelines are clearly outlined in the booking confirmation email.
